Crystals?

Crystals have been used throughout history for healing, storing information, releasing energy, and open gateways into other dimensions (Hall, 2003). Crystals are to be respected just as other gemstones we wear, desire, and purchase for thousands of dollars from jewelry stores. However, there is a distinct difference between gems and crystals which needs to be noted. Crystals need to be cleansed regularly as they absorb negative energies and without cleansing can become saturated and unable to function appropriately. In addition, it is important to develop a relationship with your crystals such as through meditation.

So how does crystals form? Crystals were born during the birth of Mother Earth which truly makes crystals the DNA of the Earth's core (Hall, 2003). Crystal formations are developed from extreme pressure deep within the Earth's underground layers. Some are found in deep underground chambers while others are surface deposits that has seeped through its earth's layers. Just as we have a DNA code so does each crystal called a crystal lattice. This internal code defines which classification each falls into.

In addition, there are 7 crystal geometric forms and when blended together create the myriad of shapes we see when admiring these unique historians. These 7 forms are triangles, squares, rectangles, hexagons, rhomboids, parallelograms, and trapeziums (Hall, 2003). So what makes these stones so distinctive as compared to any other gemstones? It's the center of it all which is comprised of the atom and the integral parts making a molecular horde constantly vibrating on a different frequency and emitting energy for all to embrace.
